2. Website access and server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for security and operational purposes, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
3. Contact enquiries
The preview contact form does not currently transmit information. If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide in order to respond. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication. Information is deleted when the enquiry has been completed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
4. Google Maps
The map is blocked by default. It is loaded only after you actively select “Load Google Maps”. When loaded, a connection to Google servers is established and technical information, including your IP address, browser information and the referring page, may be transmitted to Google. If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate the interaction with your account. The legal basis for loading the map is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can avoid the transfer by not loading the map.

5. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The map is not contacted before your active selection. Google may use cookies or similar technologies after the map is loaded; details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
